I started this podcast to elevate civic discourse and amplify our collective ability to address hard societal issues in ways that bring people together across deep-seated difference.

I'm a global executive with 30 years experience building, scaling, and leading some of the world's most innovative, iconic & high performing organizations. I've worked in both private and public sectors, and have had C-suite operating and governance roles. My work has taken me around the globe and back again. 

I am a servant leader at heart and love spirited conversations, dancing, cycling up steep mountains, and golfing despite a high handicap. I also love the outdoors, the arts, food, and spending time with my family, friends, and the many communities I am a part of.
